Magnetic rings may help to reduce pain in swollen or ossified finger joints (osteoarthritis, rheumatism) and have an overall  effect on all the fingers.
If the knuckles have thickened a lot, flexi magnetic rings are best. They are easier to slide over the ossified part and they adjust to the circumference of the finger.
